American Guerilla Marketing Terms and Conditions: 

American Guerilla Marketing shall approve in advance the messages and content to be advertised. In its sole discretion, American Guerilla Marketing, has the unilateral right to approve or reject any message, content, or communication.  

Control: American Guerilla Marketing shall always retain full control of the Services offered and advertiser has no right to demand or specify any aspect of operation.  Modification. Any modification of this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.  Non-Assignment. Advertiser shall not assign or subcontract this Contract, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of American Guerilla Marketing.

Default: The following shall constitute default under this Agreement:  

a. The nonpayment by Advertiser for any sums required under this Agreement. 

b. The interference by Advertiser of American Guerilla Marketing ‘s operation of the Mobile Billboard. 

c. The violation by Advertiser of any other term or condition of this Agreement.  

Enforcement: Advertiser shall pay American Guerilla Marketing costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by Gorilla Adz USA in the enforcement of this Agreement or incurred because of Advertiser’s default.  

Indemnity: American Guerilla Marketing and Advertiser shall defend, indemnify, and hold the other harmless from and against all claims, actions, losses, damages, liability, injury or damage arising from or out of any occurrence arising under this Agreement caused by the sole negligence of the other. 

Law. This Agreement shall be construed under state law.  Any violation issued pertaining to any services during the activation are the responsibility of the client. No refunds will be issued if city officials terminate the activation of offered services. In which case clients may change tour routes, change location, or cease the activation. 

Cancelation: Refunds may be issued up to 10 days after the payment has been made.

Integration: It is expressly agreed that American Guerilla Marketing is not bound by any stipulation, representation, or agreements, verbal or otherwise, which are not printed or written in contract. This contract represents a complete integration of all prior negotiations. 

Agree to Terms: By clicking agree to terms the client is consenting to the conditions above.  24-48 hours after payment a formal contract stating the terms and conditions above will be sent to the client via email to return with signature, contracts must be completed and returned 8 days before the activation.  For any rush booking please contact us directly.
